This isn’t to say that everything is your mom or dad’s fault… It’s not that simple. However, it is an opportunity to explore how your unique personality, experiences and impactful relationships have shaped you into the person you are today.

Despite any negative connotations, there is no shame or harm in seeing a psychotherapist, and is a proven way to enhance your cognitive function, emotional control and life purpose. Pursuing psychotherapy is a brave and courageous thing to do.
